We are 2 weeks away from the Denver Travel & Adventure Show and have a few final reminders for you. 

Badge Pick Up: Every 10’x10′ booth will be issued 5 exhibitor badges. Badges will be available for pick up at the Exhibitor Registration Counter during Exhibitor Move In, on Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm. Pre-Registration is NOT required. 

Hotel Stay: Reminder to reserve your hotel stay if you have not done so already. There are three options available on our website HERE

Show Promotion: Reminder to utilize your VIP code to invite your top clients and prospects to meet you at the show! For Promotional Resources, GO HERE!

NO LEAD CAPTURE TOOL! For anyone who has exhibited in past shows, please note there is no lead capture tool in Denver as the Colorado Convention Center requires us to use their ticketing platform which is not compatible with our system.

Make sure to set up a way to collect leads before the show, like an online form with QR code to access at your booth for attendees to scan and add their contact info.
