Dear SF/Bay Area Exhibitor,

Due to California state mandates regarding conventions, conferences, and expos, the following COVID-19 vaccination or negative PCR/Rapid Test verification procedures are in place:

All participants at the SF/Bay Area T&A Show are required to show proof of vaccination or a negative covid test taken with in 72 hours of the event and are required to wear a mask.

Venue Entry Procedures: Exhibitor Check In and Badge Pick Up

We have modified our normal Exhibitor Check In Process for exhibitors at the SF/Bay Area Show as follows: 

Step 1 - Access to Santa Clara Convention Center, you have two options: 

  • Go to the Main Building Entrance, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA 95054 (follow signage)
  • Access the building via the Attached Parking Garage (follow signage) 

Step 2 - Admittance to Convention Center:

Vaccinated Exhibitors: Present your photo ID and COVID-19 vaccination info via:

  • CDC vaccination card or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including from your healthcare provider. A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable. 
  • Mobile application or other digital record of vaccination status, such as CLEAR, Bindle, Apple Heath, etc.
    [Please note: self-attestation will not be accepted]

Unvaccinated Exhibitors: Present your photo ID and negative PCR or Rapid Test result conducted within 72 hours of event start time at the Box Office. Results must be available prior to entry into the venue. 

Step 3 - Go to Exhibitor Check-In Counter: Due to this check-in process show management staff will only release the badge for the Exhibitor Personnel that have been admitted into the Santa Clara Convention Center. Once you have your badge, you do not need to show your vaccine card or negative COVID test again but may need to show personal identification. 

Please encourage your booth staff coming in on Saturday or Sunday morning to check in early to allow for extra time for entry into the convention center. We will have access on Saturday after 7:30am and Sunday after 9:30am for those booth staff that have not checked in on Friday Move In Day. 

All Exhibitors Must Pick Up Their Own Badge ONLY!
